 EAR JUICE

"EAR JUICE" - MAKE YOUR OWN

DFF - Swimmer's Ear DropIf you have had swimmer’s ear, you know how painful it can be. It can put a damper on summer fun and make swimming or diving difficult for year round fun. Swimmer’s ear is caused by the presence of bacteria and fungus that thrive in the dark, warm and moist environment of the outer ear and ear canal. If untreated, the organisms will cause a terribly painful infection that will require medical attention.

Preventing swimmer's ear comes down to keeping the ear canal and outer ear free of excess moisture. Water that gets into the ear canal and cannot escape becomes a breeding ground for infection.

Have you ever had to run down the street to the local drug store and purchase a small bottle (1 oz.) of ear drops for swimmer's ear? If so, you will have to pay an average price of $5.00/oz. for the bottle. We have provided you the necessary information for you to make your own effective ear drying solution that we call "EAR JUICE" that will only cost you $0.068/oz.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED
You can purchase all these ingredients from your local drug store or grocery store.
  • 1 - 32 oz bottle of Isopropyl Alcohol ($2.49)
  • 1 - 32 oz bottle of Distilled White Vinegar ($2.19)
  • 1 - 32 oz bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide ($1.50)
  • 2 - 1 pint Empty water bottles with caps. Any empty bottle will work. (Free)

DFF - Ear Juice Formula

USING "EAR JUICE"
  • If your ears retain water after diving, swimming, or showering use a dropper to add 5-6 drops of "EAR JUICE" to each ear. For each ear, you will need to tilt your head towards your shoulder, add the drops to the ear canal, and wait for several seconds. You can then allow your head to turn upright. You will feel the drops seeping out of your ear so place a towel on your shoulder to catch the drops and to pat your ear dry. This will dry your ears out AND neutralize the acidity in the ear.
  • "EAR JUICE" drying drops are for PREVENTION of swimmer’s ear and NOT a substitute for professional treatment of an active infection.
ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS
  • "EAR JUICE" drying drops are for PREVENTION of swimmer’s ear and NOT a substitute for professional treatment of an active infection.
  • If you suspect already having swimmer’s ear you need to see your physician as soon as possible. Symptoms can include ear pain, tingling and itching, and in some cases, a fever. Do not dive or swim until you have consulted with your doctor.
  • If you are currently being treated for an active infection, you may not be able to dive or swim (check with your doctor if unsure).
