THE PHOTOGRAPHER DIVER PACKAGE Package Course: Includes the Digital Underwater Photography Specialty (a 2 dive specialty), the Digital Underwater Photography Manual, White Balance Slate, the Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty (a 2 dive specialty), the Peak Performance Buoyancy DVD, the Photoshop Elements I or II Specialty, Photoshop Elements I or II Course Outline, pictures for the certification cards and the certification cards. Prerequisites: Must be at least 10 years old and certified as a Junior Open Water Diver or an Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization. The Photographer Diver Package includes the following: Underwater Photography: Learn how to take your fist underwater photographs or fine tune your existing skills to produce photographs that will stun your friends (a 2 dive specialty). Counts toward the Adventure Diver certification (a 3-dive certification), the Advanced Open Water Diver certification (a 5-dive certification). Counts toward the Master Scuba Diver Certification. Counts toward the Adventure Diver certification (a 3-dive certification), the Advanced Open Water Diver certification (a 5-dive certification). Counts toward the Master Scuba Diver Certification. Photoshop Elements I or II Specialty: Learn basic editing features available in Photoshop Elements gain hands on experience enhancing digital images and preparing them for web publishing or printing using editing features of Photoshop Elements. Forms Required: Students training will need to complete the three (3) forms: Liability Release, Statement of Understanding, and Medical Statement prior to entering the water. Materials/Equipment Required: The Underwater Photography Manual, White Balance Slate, Peak Performance Buoyancy DVD, and Photoshop Elements I or II Course Outlines (included in price). Recommended: The Underwater Photography DVD. Length of Course: If you have read the Underwater Photography Manual, completed the knowledge reviews for the Underwater Photography and Peak Performance Buoyancy and watched the Videos/DVD's prior to coming to class, the classroom session should take approximately 2 hours depending upon class size. The Photoshop Elements Specialty will take approximately 2-3 hours depending upon class size. Course Dates: The Photoshop portion of the packaged training course can be scheduled during the week or any non-training weekend.
