As of January 1, 2017, DIVING FOR FUN will
NO LONGER be offering training services. However, we wanted to continue to provide
a list of the classes we offered along with course outlines as a reference for all our past customers.
 Course Overview:
This course will introduce you to the basic editing features available in Photoshop Elements 4.0.
You will gain hands on experience enhancing digital images and preparing them for web publishing
or printing using editing features of Photoshop Elements 4.0.
Prerequisites:
No diver certification required. No minimum age.
 Course Activities:
In class, we will go over basic editing techniques used to enhance your digital images using
Photoshop Elements 4.0. The course is divided into five sections, (1) installation and setup, (2)
creating and managing images, (3) fixing and retouching photos, (4) preparing images for the
web and (5) saving and printing images.
- Classroom:
There is one classroom session. The classroom session will
cover each of the five sections outlined above.
- Independent Study:
Before you come to class you need to read the five sections
of the course as outlined above.
- Open Water Dives:
This is a non-diving specialty.
 Forms Required:
No forms required for this course.
Materials/Equipment Required:
Photoshop Elements Software and Manual.
Length of Course:
If you have read the required sections prior to coming to class then the classroom will last
approximately 2 - 3 hours depending upon class size.
